Kourtney Kardashian has a lot to juggle.

The 38-year-old star not only appears in nearly every episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians and poses for brands like Calvin Klein and PrettyLittleThing. She also is a single mother to three kids: Mason, eight, Penelope, five, and Reign, three.

But on Thursday the eldest Kardashian sister revealed on her site kourtneykardashian.com that she has a few tricks up her sleeve when it comes to keeping her cool.

That same day the bombshell shared a photo to Instagram of her lean body as she made a shake in her kitchen.

In a post titled How Meditation Helps Me the ex of Scott Disick said: ‘Every day, I try to wake up 20 minutes early—before the kids get up—to meditate.

And she picks a very unusual place in her gigantic Calabash, California mansion she bought for $8.5m in 2014.

‘I usually sit on my bathroom floor on a mat in front of the bathtub. Early in the morning, this room has lots of natural light and is really quiet. Sometimes I like to set an intention for the day too.’

‘I usually sit on my bathroom floor on a mat in front of the bathtub. Early in the morning, this room has lots of natural light and is really quiet. Sometimes I like to set an intention for the day too.’

The girlfriend of Younes Bendjima then said: ‘I have been practicing mindful meditation, which is a method of checking in with yourself by focusing on your breath, awareness and being present.

‘If my mind wanders, I try to bring back my focus to breathing.’

She ended with: ‘Having a calm start to the day is really grounding and something I do whenever I can make time.’

Next came her Self-Care Checklist.

‘Even when my schedule is full, I try to get some self-care in daily. It’s so important for a healthy balance in life.’

After meditation she reads daily devotionals.

‘Another thing I try to do early in the morning is read from my daily devotional book. It’s one page a day and it’s always so spot-on. No matter what is going on in my life, somehow the passage usually relates!’ said the petite star.

She also spends time outside. ‘I love being outside and try to hike in the canyons a few times a month.’

And of course there is exercise in the morning.

‘I usually work out five to six times a week when I’m home and doing my normal routine.

‘I have found that mornings are the best time for me to exercise, since finding time at the end of a hectic day is more difficult. I stick to mornings and make sure it’s on my schedule.’

And she ends with Wind Down Before Bedtime: ‘At the end of a day, it’s so necessary to relax and unplug!’

This post comes after the beauty revealed her weight in a deleted scene from Sunday’s Keeping Up with the Kardashians, telling sister Khloé Kardashian that she weighs-in at just 98 pounds.

In the E! clip the sisters are chatting with pal Simon Gebrelul in Khloe’s kitchen as Kourtney makes a salad.

‘I had to run inside so fast, I thought I would melt,’ Kourtney said.

Khloe told Simon, ‘You know she’s 97 pounds?’ to which Kourtney replied, ‘Guess what? I gained a pound – I’m 98’ pounds ‘since yesterday to today.’

The 5ft reality TV diva then said that her son Mason, eight, is catching up with her.

‘You know Mason is 62,’ she said, noting that her eldest son is only 36 pounds away from weighing the same as her.

In April 2015 the eldest of the Kardashian siblings took to social media to reveal that through diet and exercise, she was down to 116 pounds, less than five months after welcoming her son Reign on December 14, 2014.

‘I’m five feet tall, so everyone relax, she wrote in the caption adjacent to the post. ‘I’m on a workout kick, trying to bring some Monday motivation.’

Kourtney, who’s dating model Younes Bendjima, 24, explained on her app/website in 2017 that one of her dietary keys is staying away from the sweet stuff.

‘I always try to avoid sugar – especially refined sugar – for so many reasons,’ she said. ‘First, sugar is addictive and I notice that after I eat it, I need it.

‘Sugar doesn’t sustain you when you actually need energy, like for a workout. Also, when I eat sugar, I find that more cellulite appears.’

Keeping Up With The Kardashians airs Sundays at 9pm on E!Stream in the UK and Ireland on hayu

Jane Seymour was feeling “better-than-ever” while posing for a new Playboy pictorial.

The 67-year-old actress posted a photo Wednesday on Instagram from her third feature for the magazine, having previously posed in 1973 and 1987.

“I’m THRILLED to finally share this with you!” Seymour captioned the image, which shows her smiling in a pink coat and slip in bed.

“I was recently photographed and interviewed in my home by Playboy. I open up about my career, my family, feeling better-than-ever at 67 and so much more!” she said. “[Photo by] @feaverish.”

Seymour spoke to Playboy at her home in Malibu, Calif. She discussed growing older in the interview, saying her looks are all-natural and that she feels “much sexier” at 67 than when she was younger.

“I haven’t done any surgeries or injections or anything. I haven’t done any of it. So I still look like ‘me,'” the star said. “Everyday I’m kind of tempted, but then I look at people I know and I don’t [recognize] them. I’m authentically being me. That’s important to me.”

“I feel much sexier now than I ever did when I was younger. Then, I was like, ‘Oh gosh, I’m supposed to be sexy. What is that?!'” she added. “There’s an enormous freedom in having lived as long as I have. Like my father used to say, I’m comfortable in my own skin.”

Seymour is known for the James Bond film Live and Let Die, and for playing Dr. Michaela “Mike” Quinn on Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman. She most recently appeared in the movie The Female Brain starring Whitney Cummings.

Ariana Grande was banned by doctors from performing at the BRIT Awards.

The 24-year-old singer was initially due to take to the stage at London’s O2 Arena last night (21.02.18) to pay tribute to those who lost their lives in the Manchester terror attack at one of her gigs last year, but she was ruled out on medical advice.

A source said: “Ariana desperately wanted to come – she was so ill but she still wanted to get on the plane. Her doctor told her that she couldn’t perform, there was no question.”

Ariana is said to be “devastated” about missing the show, which saw Liam Gallagher perform a moving rendition of Oasis’ hit ‘Live Forever’ in her place.

The source added to The Sun Online: “She wasn’t even allowed to get on the plane – that’s how ill she was. She’s at home resting now but she’s devastated to miss it.”

Take That’s Gary Barlow introduced Liam’s performance by paying tribute to the victims of the “horrific” incident, which occurred at the Manchester Arena in May 2017.

He said: “These innocent, beautiful, music loving people were blissfully unaware that in just a few moments, their lives would change forever.

“A horrific terrorist attack took place, stealing the lives, dreams, and futures of 22 people whilst injuring and maiming hundreds of others. Live changed irreparably, forever.

“A few weeks later, Ariana returned to the city to host the One Love Manchester concert, helping the families of the victims and survivors of the tragedy. It was an event that epitomised the human spirit, an event that showed hate will never win, and fear will never divide us.

“In a tribute to the people we so sadly lost that day, but who will always live on forever in our hearts, in our minds, and in our memory. Please welcome on stage, Liam Gallagher.”

Following the attack, Ariana staged a One Love Manchester benefit concert to raise money for those affected.
Liam performed a poignant rendition of ‘Live Forever’ alongside Coldplay’s Chris Martin at the show.

Meryl Streep has branded Harvey Weinstein “pathetic”.

The ‘Florence Foster Jenkins’ has hit out at the disgraced movie mogul after he used her name in a sexual harassment class action lawsuit against him, citing the fact she had “stated publicly that Weinstein had always been respectful to her in their working relationship” as part of his attempt to get the case thrown out.

Meryl fumed to Deadline: “Harvey Weinstein’s attorneys use of my (true) statement — that he was not sexually transgressive or physically abusive in our business relationship — as evidence that he was not abusive with many other women is pathetic and exploitive.

“The criminal actions he is accused of conducting on the bodies of these women are his responsibility, and if there is any justice left in the system he will pay for them — regardless of how many good movies, made by many good people, Harvey was lucky enough to have acquired or financed.”

In a 26-page document accompanying a motion to dismiss the suit brought against Weinstein by Louisette Geiss, Katherine Kendall, Zoe Brock, Sarah Ann Masse, Melissa Sagemiller and Nannette Klatt, lawyers acting on behalf of the producer – who has been out of the public eye since he was hit by multiple allegations of sexual misconduct last October – insisted “these proposed class definitions are fatally overbroad as to be not ascertainable”, and used the names of Meryl and Jennifer Lawrence as evidence.

The documents stated: “As drafted, they would include all women who ever met with Weinstein, regardless of whether they claimed to have suffered any identifiable harm as a result of that meeting.

“Such women would include, presumably, Jennifer Lawrence, who told Oprah Winfrey she had known Weinstein since she was 20 years old and said ‘He had only ever been nice to me,’ and Meryl Streep, who stated publicly that Weinstein had always been respectful to her in their working relationship.”

The 68-year-old actress – who worked with Weinstein on ‘The Iron Lady’ – did publicly say the producer had been “respectful” towards her, but she also condemned the “disgraceful” behaviour he was accused of.

She said: “The disgraceful news about Harvey Weinstein has appalled those of us whose work he championed, and those whose good and worthy causes he supported.

“The intrepid women who raised their voices to expose this abuse are our heroes. One thing can be clarified. Not everybody knew.

“Harvey supported the work fiercely, was exasperating but respectful with me in our working relationship, and with many others with whom he worked professionally.”

Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux Wanted to Have a Baby

Jennifer Aniston reportedly wanted to have children with her estranged husband Justin Theroux.

The 49-year-old actress – who split from Justin at the end of last year and announced the news last week – has never had children, and it has now been reported that when she got engaged to the ‘Leftovers’ star in 2012 she was hoping he would be the man she would start a family with.

A source told People magazine: “When Jen met Justin, she had almost given up on the idea that she would have kids. They wanted to have a baby, but it didn’t work out. “She has been sad that it never happened, but it never consumed her.”

The ‘Friends’ actress and the 46-year-old actor announced last week they would be getting a divorce following two-and-a-half-years of marriage – a decision which they revealed was made at the end of last year.

In a joint statement, they said: “In an effort to reduce any further speculation, we have decided to announce our separation. This decision was mutual and lovingly made at the end of last year. We are two best friends who have decided to part ways as a couple, but look forward to continuing our cherished friendship.

“Normally we would do this privately, but given that the gossip industry cannot resist an opportunity to speculate and invent, we wanted to convey the truth directly. Whatever else is printed about us that is not directly from us, is someone else’s fictional narrative. Above all, we are determined to maintain the deep respect and love that we have for one another.”

Previously, it was confirmed Jennifer was “doing okay” following the release of the statement.

A source said: “Jen is doing OK. She has her group of friends that are her family, and they have rallied around her. It’s always sad and heartbreaking to have to move on, but she has a lot of love in her life. She will take this and learn from it and have new perspective going forward.”
